Returns & Exchange Policy

We take great care to ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition.
Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
Requests made after 8 days from the date of delivery cannot be accepted.

Please note that returns or exchanges due to personal preferences—such as a change of mind, color, or size—cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (including accessories, tags, and manuals).

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure

Please contact us in advance before sending any return.
After your request has been approved, we will inform you of the return instructions.

You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the goods, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, in which case we will bear the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your order.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be accepted before the product is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
